Cannes 2018: Deepika Padukone fails to wow us with her choices on Day 1

Post all the hustle bustle of Sonam Kapoor’s Big Fat Indian Wedding, its time now for the all the fashion lovers to get amused by the styles and fashion sense of the Bollywood Divas and fashion icons of Bollywood who are to represent themselves at the biggest carnival of the Industry, Cannes 2018!

With the onset of Cannes 2018 on May 8th, the first fashionista from Bollywood, to be seen at the festival was Deepika Padukone. Deepika Padukone’s pictures from the festival have been floating since Wednesday when the actress made her first appearance the Cannes Festival! She checked into the beautiful French Riviera in oversized shirt-jacket and black leather pants. The actress is to walk down the red carpet on 10th and 11th May, 2018.

Deepika was seen flaunting her beautiful figure in a knotted white crop top and a pair of mid-rise denims and tinted retro glasses. While a few of her fans lauded her for daring to opt for a pair of jeans on day 1, the fashion critics didn’t seem very pleased with her.

Second look, she wore a striped Tome NYC dress dress with a plunging neck line. Again, there was nothing that impressive.

Third look had her in a Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini geometric-print dress. With her hair tied up in a messy pony tail and huge candy-pink hearts dangling from her ears.

Waiting for DP to yet again mesmerize us by her looks at the red carpet! She shall be joined by Aishwarya Rai bachchan and Sonam Kapoor at the festival. This year shall be the debut year for Kangana Ranaut and Huma Qureshi!
