This is Aamir Khan’s second highest opener movie after Dhoom 3, which collected 36.22 on the first Friday. In this movie, Aamir Khan essays the role of real life wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. His role in this movie is touted to be one of his best till date. He was the soul of the movie and it was visible in every frame. Apart from Aamir, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanya Malhotra also perfected their role in this movie.
After the praise of critics, the movie received over 75 percent of occupancy on the morning shows. Despite being a working day, it collected a biggie amount on Friday.
Helmed by Chillar Party fame Nitesh Tiwari, the film also stars Suhani Bhatnagar, Zaira Wasim and Sakshi Tanwar in titular roles.
Overall, Dangal is all set to make new records at the silver screen.
