Dangal is the upcoming Bollywood movie of Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan. In fact the movie has hit the theaters today only i.e. on 23rd December in India. But Dangal was released on 21st December at overseas. Aamir strategically decided to pre – release his movie from his actual schedule to two days before. This is because in overseas Christmas and new years are the biggest celebration of the year. And Aamir was looking to bank in these festivities. And thus he decided to release his movies two days prior.
So, while Dangal was releasing in India on 23rd December, it released overseas on 21st December and that’s when the movie enjoyed the weekdays as well as the weekend.
