This actress started her singing career before she started acting. Her first song was sung at the age of six, for her father Kamal Hassan’s movie ‘Thevar Magan’. Later, she sang in ‘Chachi 420’ starring Kamal Hassan and Tabu. She has also done live stage performances and re-sung a lot of Tamil songs, which are quite popular down South.
