BJP’s Faulty Tweet On Fuel Price Got Befitting Reply From Congress
Rise in the fuel price in India has become one of the major concerns for ruling party Bhartiya Janata Party with opposition party Congress calling for Bharat Band yesterday. BJP and Congress have also gotten into war of the words on social media.
BJP took to Twitter to explain the reason behind the price surge of fuel price with a graphics. As soon as BJP posted the tweet, people started trolling them brutally comparing the price difference between 2014 and 2018.
This Is What BJP Tweeted:

To counter BJP’s tweet, Congress came up with an epic response. Congress replied with a tweet that says, “When you have to hide a 343% increase in taxes, but don’t know how. Even we couldn’t resist retweeting this;”

Even we couldn't resist retweeting this 😉 https://t.co/ulDKp17sVy

INC didn’t stop there, they shared another picture with a caption, “India, here’s why we are better at handling the economy and why you should vote us back to power.”

Congress graph gives a clear idea of the fuel price rise. It also shows that when Crude oil price increased by 84%, the petrol price in India rose by 75% in between 2009 to 2014. Whereas, when crude price decreased by 34%, fuel price kept on increasing. No matter what is the situation, the government should work towards decreasing the fuel price, as it affects the common men.
We can only hope that fuel price comes down as soon as possible. What do you think?
