Bihar Police denied Sushant’s post-mortem report by Cooper hospital: Source
Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death has now also been investigated by the Bihar Police. But it seems like investigating this high profile case isn’t going any easy for this state police.
According to reports, the Bihar police team, which is in Mumbai to investigate “abetment to suicide” case slapped by late actor’s father, KK Singh, against Rhea Chakraborty, was denied access to Sushant’s post-mortem reports by Cooper hospital. As per the report, “Bihar Police team visited Cooper Hospital in Mumbai seeking #SushantSinghRajput’s postmortem report but could not get the information.”
It is to be mentioned that, Sushant’s mortal remains were taken to Cooper hospital for the post-mortem process after his body was recovered from his Bandra residence.
Meanwhile, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy had raised question on why Sushant’s death body was taken to the Cooper hospital, and not to the Lilavati Hospital, which was close to late actor’s home in Bandra.
Sushant’s father KK Singh reportedly had filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and 5 others under Section 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide) of the IPC, at Patna’s Vijay Nagar Police Station, after which a team of Bihar Police reached Mumbai to unravel the death mystery of the late actor.
