Bigg Boss 14 captaincy task causes rift between friends Nikki Tamboli-Jaan Kumar Sanu: VIDEO
The Bigg Boss house is known for its ever changing dynamics. Where sometimes friendship seems to take over the game, in the very next instant game defeats the friendship. Such an instant was recently seen during the first captaincy task in the house. Nikki Tamboli and Jaan Kumar Sanu, who have become talk of the town for sharing a strong bond in the Bigg Boss 14 house.
The two also share something beyond the friendship as they often indulge in flirting and friendly banter with each other, where Jaan flirts with Nikki trying to be her Jaan instead of bhaijaan and invites her to go on a coffee date with him after the show ends. In an episode, Nikki was even seen planting a kiss on Jaan Kumar Sanu’s cheeks as he leaves her impressed with his singing during the musical night episode. But as this house has always been testing friendships, this time too, the first captaincy task puts a ‘daraar’ between the two friends. In the promo of next episode, shared on Colors’ official Instagram account, Nishant Singh, Nikki Tamboli and Jaan Kumar Sanu are seen fighting over the captaincy.
In the upcoming episode’s promo, Nikki tells Nishant, Jaan and Rahul Vaidya that she wants to become the captain of the house. Later, Nishant and Jaan were seen discussing that Nikki doesn’t know how to handle captaincy. The captaincy task turns into a battleground, as Nikki and Jaan were seen fighting against each other, and Nishant tells her that he always stood next to her.
Nikki was heard saying, “at least friends are not fake like mine.” to which Jaan angrily replies, “captaincy ki baat aayi toh dosti pe question mark aagaya, abhi chahiye hi nahi aisi sasti dosti.” The promo also captures Tamboli breaking down with Pavitra Punia, who takes her side and consoles Nikki. Tamboli tells Punia, “Jab mere dost hi nahi hai mere saath, toh me aage kya badu, matlab akela hi chalna padega.”

So far in the show after the exit of ‘Toofani’ seniors – Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan; existing contestants Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla and Jasmin Bhasin were seen discussing how Nikki has brainwashed Jaan Kumar Sanu and speculated that Nikki must have told Jaan that they should stay together as all housemates are against them. As of now, the two friends have turned against eath other the captaincy task. It will be interesting to see who will get the power to rule the house- Nikki Tamboli, Jaan Kumar Sanu or Nishant Singh.
