It happened during the last episode of Bigg Boss Season 11. Shilpa talked about how Vikas has been harassing women as well as men. She further discussed how Vikas has been able to manipulate media in order to hide the truth. Shilpa, Arshi, and Puneesh were discussing Vikas casting couch involvement.
It is really shocking that casting couch exists in TV industry as well. We have heard about these incidents in Bollywood, but it seems TV is not far behind.

Ekta further confirmed that Vikas and Parth were together and there was some video evidence for the same as well. They are in a relationship with each other.
