Now it moves to more forward-looking subjects like “India Emerging” and “Soft Power” this weekend. The 26-part show, Directed by Vivek Agnihotri is a positive narrative on India’s glorious past, ever developing present and a positive outlook into the future.
The upcoming episodes cover India’s unique assets like Yoga, Ayurveda, our ancient language Sanskrit and in a major spin our film industry. Pallavi and Vivek caught up with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on international yoga day and spoke about the spiritual progress of the country. Talking about the upcoming episodes of Bharat Ki Baat, Pallavi Joshi says, “These are the fun episodes of the show. Vivek and I met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and we had such a heartwarming conversation about such deep things which he simplified with ease. Featuring the film Industry really felt closer to home. We had a swell time chatting up with Siddharth, it was such a refreshing & constructive conversation pertaining to the film industry. We are quick to criticize what is not, but seldom do we really talk about the strengths of our industry and Bharat Ki Baat debunks many such myths”.
