‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ collects more than ‘Baahubali’ worldwide
Superstar Salman Khan’s movie has already made ₹151.05 crore at the Indian box office and the movie’s overseas total till Tuesday is ₹69.05 crore. The total net collection of this Kabir Khan directorial is ₹221 crore and the worldwide gross collection is ₹272 crore.
Achieving this feat, the movie will easily surpass ₹300 crore mark at the global box office on Wednesday. It will be the tenth movie in the history of Indian cinema to gross more than ₹300 crore. Salman has beat his previous records by ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ surpassing lifetime collection of ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Bodyguard’.
A week released before Salman Khan starrer, ‘Baahubali’ has collected ₹219 crore worldwide in 5 days. ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ collecting ₹272 crore has easily broken the record of S.S. Rajamouli’s mega budget movie. Though this movie won’t be able to break Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’ record, we expect Harshaali Malhotra’s innocence will keep pulling audiences to theatres, the movie may beat worldwide collection of Dhoom 3, which is ₹550 crore.
