On the first day, the film has received an audience occupancy of 95 percent in India. This has helped the movie to get a total of over 100 crores in India on the first day. If the same sort of audience occupancy continues to the Day 2 and Day 3 than the weekend collections will be over 250 crores in India.
Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film was made on a budget of Rs. 250 crores and it can easily surpass the lifetime collection of Bahubali that was 650 crores. The film released in India in four major languages Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. Produced by Arka Media Works, the film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan star in pivotal roles in this installment of Baahubali too.
Overall, Bahubali 2 breaks the record of Sultan and Dangal.
