Baaghi can jump ahead of ‘Fan’ in the long run
Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff starrer ‘Baaghi’ is all set to make it in the big league of movies like ‘Fan’ and ‘Airlift’. ‘Baaghi’ which has a good opening on Friday, can turned out to be a super hit film by overpowering ‘Fan’ and ‘Airlift’.
The year 2016 is still not going well for the Bollywood filmmakers. Very few movies only make it in the Box-Office success league and rest are just faded away. The reasons can vary from the on-going IPL to the recent World T20 Cricket Tournament or poor content based movie. In all this failure, Airlift is the first movie of the year which managed to grab a place in the coveted 100 crore club.
We had a huge expectation from Shah Rukh Khan starrer movie ‘Fan’, which eventually didn’t find the audience at the Cinema Halls. It was expected that the film will break several records at the Box-Office but now dragging harder to make it in the 100 crore club. In last 15 Days, Fan movie is only able to collect 82.95 domestically. Though the film has applauded by the critics but didn’t manage to get the audience approval.
The reason ‘Baaghi’ is the hot favorite of all the fans is because of the intense action showcased in the film. On the opening day, ‘Baaghi’ collects 11.87 crores domestically, which is a good sign for the film. With this opening collection, ‘Baaghi’ becomes the third-biggest opening of the year, just behind Airlift – 12.35 crore and Fan – 19.2 crore.
Though ‘Baaghi’ received a mixed response from the Critics. But the good news is that audience is loving the kickass stunt of Tiger Shroff, Sudheer Babu, and Shraddha Kapoor. If the audience will consistently pouring the love in the same way for the movie. Then it’s sure that ‘Baaghi’ will definitely have a chance to take over ‘Fan’.
