Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Bala’ heads to Toronto’s Lavazza Drive-In Film Festival!
Known to be the king of unconventional cinema, Ayushman Khurrana’s film Bala will premiere at Toronto in the Lavazza Drive-In Film Festival. In fact, it will be the only Indian film to ger screened at the festival.
The director of the film, Amar Kaushik announced, “Lavazza Drive-In Film Festival is a very interesting concept and the format is much-needed in the present times. It’s a complete honour to have ‘Bala’ represent India at the festival.”

He also mentioned that he wishes the film ends up entertaining and giving the right message to the watchers.
‘Bala’ was a story centered around a man facing premature balding. The film gave out a beautiful message about embracing one’s insecurities and starred other actors like Bhumi Pednekar, Yami Gautam, Saurabh Shukla, Javed Jaffery, Abhishek Banerjee and so on.
