Despite Bad Relationship, Arjun Kapoor Stood By Boney And Sridevi’s Daughters. Internet Is All Praise For Him
Bollywood first female superstar Sridevi passed away on 24th February in Dubai leaving the entire nation in tears. The actress was in Dubai attending a family wedding. According to the forensic report, the actress died due to “Accidental Drowning”. After three days, the mortal remains of the actress were brought back to India yesterday night. Thousands of fans had gathered in Mumbai to pay last respect to their favorite superstar.
Sridevi was survived by her husband Boney Kapoor and two daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. She is also the stepmother of Arjun Kapoor and Anshula. Arjun shares cordial relations with her, but he and her sister stood by Boney Kapoor in the time of crisis.
Reportedly, Arjun Kapoor was shooting for his upcoming film “Namastey England” in Ludhiana when he heard the news of Sridevi’s death. As soon as he heard the news, he flew to Mumbai to be with her sisters. Then he flew to Dubai to be with his father Boney Kapoor. His sister Anshula was also with Janhvi and Khushi at Anil Kapoor’s residence. She was also with Boney as soon as he arrived in Mumbai with Sridevi’s mortal remains.
The first wife of Boney Kapoor and mother of Arjun Kapoor and Anshula, Mona died in 2012. Earlier during a media interactions, Arjun had said that he shares a cordial relationship with Sridevi and never wished bad for anyone. Talking about his relationship with them he said,
“It’s very cordial. I respect anybody in my father’s life the same way because he would expect me to do that. So I respect her and don’t wish ill towards anyone. That’s how I follow…”
Arjun Kapoor has been by the sides of his father Boney Kapoor and step-sisters Janhvi and Khushi in the time of crisis. His gestures have not gone unnoticed by the fans. The internet is flooded with appreciations of Arjun. They called him a gem of a person.
