Bollywood is one of the largest film industries in the world. People working in the industry enjoy a huge success in every aspect whether it is money or fame. So when someone makes their debut in Bollywood, it is a big step. 2018 is already a big year for some debutants with many actors including Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Ishaan Khatter making their debut.
Now, it is reported that social media star and model Niyanta Acharya is all set to make her debut in Bollywood. To lesser known, she is a model and Instagram sensation. She is represented by Bella Agency based in Los Angeles and has worked with several brands. She has also worked in some indie films like ‘Girl In The Mirror’, ‘Breaking Tradition’ and ‘The Night Before’.
Niyanta Acharya is going to make her Bollywood debut in Anurag Kashyap project. According to the report, the ace director was on the lookout for a new face for the lead role in his upcoming film. He found Niyanta to be perfect for the film.
On being asked by her Bollywood debut, Niyanta said that she has been a huge fan of Anurag Kashyap ever since she watched Netfilx original Sacred Games. She further added that he is known for portraying truth on the screen regardless of how bitter or discomforting it is, which makes him different and special. This is why she finds his work fascinating.
The official announcement about the film will be made by Anurag Kashyap. The yet-untitled project will go on floor in February 2019.
