Karan Johar is the launchpad for newcomers. Dharma Productions always launches fresh faces in Bollywood and with ‘Dhadak’ Karan has introduced Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter. His forthcoming film ‘Student Of The Year 2’ is also having some newbies launched by Karan. After speculations, the confirmation of the star cast was revealed. Tiger Shroff is playing the male lead whereas Chunkey Pandey’s daughter Ananya Pandey will be debuting in the film as the leading lady. Also, Tara Sutaria is making her debut with SOTY2.
Tara has an interesting connection with Bollywood. Ishaan and Tara were good friends and they were even in a relationship. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Tara and Ishaan were having an affair but they had an ugly breakup. Shocked? Well, that’s the fact.
Ishaan and Tara first met at a private party in 2015. A few months later, something sparked between the two and then they parted ways. Earlier there were reports that Ishaan was part of SOTY2 and he even started shooting for some of its action scenes. But he disappeared from it and we got more curious to know the reason. We thought that Tara Sutaria was the real reason behind him losing the movie.
We know that it is not that easy to work together with ex-flames but Tara will be romancing Ishaan’s brother Shahid Kapoor in the remake of Arjun Reddy. Student Of The Year 2 is the ticket to Bollywood for Tara.
