Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan had, earlier in the day, denied Pakistan’s hand in the Pulwama attack, where 40 CRPF jawans were killed. He had said that Pakistan would act against the perpetrators of the attack if India shares “actionable intelligence”.
The actor, Ali Zafar who has been a part of several Bollywood films like ‘Dear Zindagi’, ‘Tere Bin Laden’, and ‘Chashme Baddoor’ showed his support and tweeted, “What a speech! @ImranKhanPTI.”
Ali Zafar’s also asked his followers to listen to Imran Khan’s speech with an open heart and mind devoid of ego, bias or hatred.
Zafar’s Twitter post didn’t seem to go down well with Indians as they took to their respective social media handles to slam Ali for supporting Imran Khan.
