Superstar Akshay Kumar has signed a film which is an escape story set in the year 1990. The action-thriller will be co-produced by Nikhil Advani and Akshay Kumar himself. The producers were looking for a female lead for the film and have decided to go with The Lunchbox fame, Nimrat Kaur.
“Nimrat has a pivotal role and substantial screen time. The film will be made on the lines of a sleek Hollywood thriller.” reports a source.
