Akshay Kumar donates GOQii devices to Mumbai Police for early COVID-19 detection

Mumbai Police will be the first organisation in the world to get a technology driven device that can remotely keep a check on the health of its Personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic and all thanks to Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.

The Khiladi Kumar donated 1000 GOQii Vital 3.0 wrist bands to Mumbai Police which comes with sensors to detect COVID-19 Symptoms at an early stage.

Akshay, who is the brand ambassador of GOQii, has taken this step to keep Mumbai Police safe in this Corona crisis. GOQii Wrist Band has been build to track vitals like Body Temperature, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure & Sleep while keeping a check on each step count and calories.

GOQii has partnered with German health tech startup Thryve to conduct a clinical study for the early detection of COVID-19 infections based on data collected by Vital 3.0. Combined usage of the detection algorithm and the GOQii Vital 3.0 Wrist Band can help in isolating potential COVID-19 patients and preventing further spread.
