After Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and TV star Hina Khan dazzled at the Cannes red carpet, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her first appearance at 72nd edition of Cannes Film Festival late Sunday. Aishwarya opted a metallic gold gown with a long trail from Jean-Louis Sabaji couture and she looked nothing less than a golden mermaid. Actress shared few glimpse of her from Cannes on her Instagram handle.

Her daughter Aaradhya accompanied her to the Cannes. Aishwarya shared a picture of her and Aaradhya on Instagram and captioned it as, “My sunshine forever. Love you.”
Her sunshine- Aaradhya donned a yellow asymmetrical dress embellished with a huge flower. Sonam was full of praise for Aaradhya and commented on the photo saying, “She is so well-behaved and adorable.”

The dress had a single sleeve and a pleated train. Aishwarya chose to keep hair in sleek straights and chose studs and rings from the collections of Boucheron. Her nude lip shade, bold mascara, contoured cheeks enhanced her beauty.
