While some celebs open about their surgeries, there are some who opt to keep it a secret as they fear getting trolled or slammed.
Well, there is a TV actress who has open up about her surgery that she got for her lips. She is none other than Aashka Goradia Goble who recently got her lip job done.
In a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror Aashka revealed that it was her husband Brent Goble who gave her confidence not to hide her lip job and asked her to reveal this even though people troll her. She said, “If I do anything to my face, it is my personal choice and admitting it openly is the only way for shutting hater’s mouths.

Aashka further said, “It’s not correct to call people fake or plastic just because they chose to undergo cosmetic procedure for getting the desired elegance. Fake or real attributes come from within and a plastic surgery doesn’t make a person fake. A troller’s comments or judgments don’t make him superior neither do any good to the society but might hurt a person badly.”
