Aamir Khan Weighs 102 kg for His Upcoming Film ‘Dangal’
We have seen Aamir Khan being absolutely perfect with every character he plays and that’s why, the title of Mr. Perfectionist suits him. Right from having eight pack abs and a buzz cut for his role in Ghajini to getting a lean body and practicing to keep his eyes constantly open for the shooting of PK, he has done it all.
Talking about his next project, which is Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial ‘Dangal’, he is going to play the role of wrestler Mahavir Phogat, who is the father of famous women wrestlers Geeta and Babita Phogat. Mahavir, being a wrestler himself, has been a coach to both his daughters, who have won gold medals at various global platforms, including the 2010 Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Wrestling Championship.

Talking about his weight, Aamir told the media,” “I am 95 kg right now and that’s enough for the character. My breathing has changed, when I tie my laces, my stomach comes in between. After 20 seconds, I have to (take a long) breath.”
Doing this at his age, Aamir is probably putting his health in risk. He also told the media that his mother and wife are worried about his health and feel that the star is playing with his health. Even though the star has same feelings, he wants to carry out his role in complete perfection and so, getting into the character is a bigger priority for him.
After so many efforts to get bulky, he will again have to lose weight in order to play the role of younger Mahavir Phogat. How impressive is that?
