Indian daughter Vinesh Phogat has won everyone’s heart with her powerful performance in Asian Games 2018. She has won a gold medal in 50 Kg category becoming first Indian woman to win Gold in wrestling in Asian Games. She is also the first to win Gold medals in both Asian as well as Commonwealth Games.
To those who don’t know, Vinesh is the cousin of Geeta and Babita Phogat, who have made India proud on multiple occasions. She is the daughter of Mahaveer Singh Phogat’s younger brother Rajpal. All the girls in the family are well known faces, all thanks to their amazing performances in International games. Despite facing lots of problems and opposition from the society, the girls have risen to the occasion and made everyone proud.
