Post ‘Bajirao Mastani’ Priyanka Chopra to begin shooting for ‘Gangaajal 2’
For the last two months, Priyanka Chopra was busy shooting for the pilot episode of the much talked about international TV show Quantico in the US. Now that PC is back in Mumbai, she will first begin shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Bajirao Mastani which also stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. The actress has given bulk dates to the makers of the historic drama and will shoot for it for 15 days back to back.
After shooting for SLB’s film, the Dil Dhadakne Do actress will begin work on the sequel of Prakash Jha’s much awaited Gangaajal where she plays a cop. The actress will have to travel to northern parts of the country since a few portions are to be shot there.
A source close to the actress was quoted saying, “She will have to travel for this film as some portions are apparently set in north India. Moreover, if the pilot of her international show is approved, she will have to fly back to the US and stay there for six months. That will make it even more hectic as she will need to constantly shuttle between India and US.”
