About the Teaser of Jailer 2
The announcement of the film directly refers to five major events that happened after the Jailer release, and Donald Trump has become the president of the US. Both try to arrive with a solid idea for their next film, but they are shocked to see a group of men brutally assaulted by a mysterious man.
The teaser slowly reveals that the attacker is none other than ‘Tiger’ Muthuvel Pandian, the retired jailer with a dangerous reputation across the country. In the first part, a retired Muthuvel Pandian jumped into action when his son’s tryst with a mafia gang went awry. Anirudh returns in his role to create another banger as the music director of the film, and Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures is the producer.
Jailer was the first collaboration with Rajinikanth; the movie was a major success and was the highest grossing Tamil movie of the year.
