Amitabh Bachchan NOT a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s next film with Rohit Shetty

Speculations are rife that the Chennai Express director is all set to bring together Big B and SRK. However they are complete FALSE!

Amitabh Bachchan is not a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s next film with Rohit Shetty. Contrary to a tabloid’s report, King Khan and the Shehanshah of Bollywood will not share the screen space. It was said that Rohit had approached Sr Bachchan with a role in Shah Rukh’s untitled project, but a source close to the movie’s development has rubbished the report calling it ‘incorrect’.

Fans of the two heroes must have been super excited on reading the duo’s coming together. Also considering Rohit’s closeness with the Bachchans it would have been interesting to see SRK and Big B in one frame. With this buzz being denied, we’re sure fans will now be disappointed. The filmmaker is also supposed to have roped in Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan for this movie.

Big B has been a part of Rohit Shetty‘s earlier film Bol Bachchan. The actor had shot for the title track of the film that also featured Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn in lead roles. This fun number was one of the highlights of this film.

As far as SRK-Big B are concerned, this wouldn’t be the first time they collaborated for a film. Amitabh and SRK have worked together in films like Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, Mohabbatein, Bhoothnath series etc
