Kangana Ranaut feels her POK ‘Analogy was Bang on’; Thankful to have survived in Mumbai
After her 6 days atrocious stay in Mumbai, where Kangana Ranaut experienced a great deal of inconvenience inflicted by Shiv Sena government-controlled BMC that demolished her office building suffering the Bollywood actress financially and emotionally. Now as Kangana has finally left for her home town, Manali, Himachal Pradesh, the ‘Queen’ actress felt that her controversial comparison of Mumbai under Shiv Sena administration with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir was nothing but the ‘Bang On’! As Kangana received a warm welcome by her fans in Chandigarh, en route to Manali, the actress says here ‘my security is for name sake only’ and in Mumbai ‘I have survived this time’.
Kangana was seen heavily guarded at Mumbai airport as her arrival had witnessed a great deal of protest by Shiv Sena workers showing off black flags and were shouting anti-Kangana slogans for her controversial statements defaming Mumbai and its administration. The actress had even went to the length of drawing a disastrous comparison between Mumbai with POK, which was criticised by many celebs and Mumbaikars among several others. Taking to her Twitter handle, the actress wrote while leaving the city, “With a heavy heart leaving Mumbai, the way I was terrorised all these days constant attacks and abuses hurled at me attempts to break my house after my work place, alert security with lethal weapons around me, must say my analogy about POK was bang on.”
Meanwhile, as Kangana is en route to her home town she while praising the love and affection showered by Chandigarh citizens, went critical of her stay in Mumbai, “As soon as I landed in Chandigarh, my security is for name purposes only, people are happily greeting me, it seems I have survived this time. There was a time when I saw Mumbai as my mother’s protective lap, today I just feel grateful that I survived the city. As soon as the Shiv Sena turned into Sonia Army, only terrorism in the administration prevails.”
Furthermore, yesterday Kangana had also met Maharashtra Governor, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari and had explained him her point of view while requesting him to give her justice as it will “restore the faith of common citizen and particularly daughters in the system.”
The whole hullabaloo started off after the ‘Manikarnika’ actress called out Mumbai Police over Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case stating that she feels unsafe in the city, which didn’t go down well with the Maharashtra government, Shiv Sena, and the party leader Sanjay Raut then gave out a strong reaction suggesting her to leave the city. Later, taking a jibe at the state government, Kangana compared Mumbai to Pakistan occupied Kashmir and then to terror indicted country, Taliban. And now, she has once again made a remark with reference to Mumbai and PoK, calling it a perfect analogy.
To note, after Sanjay Raut asked Kangana in his party’s mouthpiece, ‘Saamna’ not to return to the city, Kangana announced her return to Mumbai in a filmy way on September 9. Upon touching down in the city she went straight to her Pali hill bungalow where BMC had bulldozed her property after slapping her a 24-hours notice. The 14-pointed violations notice stated to begin with demolition if the actress fails to produce her papers permission, then without any further notice, the building will be removed or pulled down. The list also claims that the construction is unauthorized or ‘illegal alterations’.
