Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda opens up about struggle with anxiety
Bollywood megastar, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandaughter Navya Naveli Nanda, who recently turned an entrepreneur, launched her healthcare platform Aara Health, has opened up about her own struggle with anxiety. Through the Instagram handle of Aara Health which is basically a health clinic for women, Navya Naveli Nanda made a revelation that she has already sought a therapy for the mental anxiety she is having.
On Tuesday, in an interaction with three other co-founders of the organisation, Navya said, ”It was something new for me as well. I just don’t feel comfortable talking about it. Obviously, my family knows that I am in therapy but I don’t think any of my friends do. I don’t know if would still go and tell them.”

Navya who is the cousin of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, made further revelations regarding her mental therapy that she was not used with such conversation of therapy at the beginning but she thanked the people of her surroundings who helped her to normalise the topic.
Though she also admitted that things were not that much uncomplicated before, Navya stated, “There have been times in my life when I haven’t been surrounded by positive people and I have seen how negatively it has impacted the way that I think. Not just about myself but about the world”
The video has been appreciated by a lot of people on the social media platform with one of the comments coming from Navya’s mommy, Shweta Bachchan Nanda who praised her daughter’s effort and said, “Bravo.”
