Malaika Arora lauds TikTok ban; calls it as best news of lockdown!

TikTok has become a whole new industry in India, giving much money, name, and fame! But due to rising tensions at the Indo-China border, the Government of India on 29 June banned the popular video app, TikTok among many other Chinese mobile applications. This move has no doubt brought cheer to many and Malaika Arora was among the first few to hail this move.

The Bollywood star came in full support of TikTok ban on social media. The diva took to her Instagram handle to share a photo of the news being flashed on her television screen. Celebrating the ban, Malaika expressed relief and rejoiced the move saying people will no longer have to see ‘ridiculous’ videos made by content creators. Along with the photo Malaika wrote on her Instagram story, “Best news of lockdown….finally we will not be subjected to people’s ridiculous videos.”

The move by the government to ban TikTok and other Chinese mobile applications came post Galwan valley violence. The ban this video sharing app was also welcomed by many other famous B’town celebs like, Vishal Dadlani, Richa Chaddha, Nia Sharma, Kushal Tandon, and many others.
