Death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has sparked online debate about nepotism being the reason behind his suicide and depression. The actor, who had made a big entry in Bollywood after gaining huge success at silver screen, was applauded for his acting prowess.
Bollywood is criticized for exercising ‘nepotism’ and giving preference to star kids over outsiders. As Sushant had no Godfather in Bollywood, hence, wasn’t considered to be a part of this so-called ‘filmy family’. This is claimed to be the reason behind his depression and suicide. Netizen even slammed Karan Johar for being the one who leads this gang.
This self-made actor is said to be struggling with depression for past six months but nobody from the film fraternity came out to help him. Blaming the “ruthless Bollywood”, former member of Indian Parliament, Sanjay Nirupam also gave out some unknown deets about the actor’s career.
In one of his tweets, Sanjay not only mentioned the massive success of ‘Chhichhore’, but also revealed that the actor was on board for 7 films. However, in past six months, all the projects were gone from his hands, thus indicating the ruthlessness of the Bollywood.
This ruthlessness took away one talented actor of the film industry. Concluding his note, Sanjay prayed for Sushant’s soul to rest in peace.

Sushant’s final rites were done at the Pawan Hans Crematorium near Vile Parle, Mumbai, on June 15. As per reports, actor’s ashes will be taken back to Patna, where it will be immersed in the holy Ganges.
