Pragyan Ojha Tried To Troll Selectors For Ambati Rayudu Snub, Got Trolled Massively In Return
Just recently the Selection Committee of BCCI announced the 15-men Indian Squad for upcoming ICC ODI World Cup 2019 to be played in England. However, the team has received a mixed response from fans, critics and former international cricketers. The omission of Rishabh Pant and Ambati Rayudu has raised a few questions.
Now, former slow left-arm orthodox bowler Pragyan Ojha, who played his last T20 match in Zimbabwe way back in 2010 has come out in support of Rayudu. He indirectly took a sly dig at the selectors for not selecting Rayudu. He tweeted, “Curious case of some Hyderabadi cricketers… been in a similar situation… understand the wink✌🏼”
To those who didn’t get it, Pragyan Ojha was dropped from Indian Team and was never selected for either World Cup 2011 or 2015. He was robbed of a chance to play the world cup.
However, Ojha’s tweet has not gone down well with the fans, who called him out for being selfish and bringing a state’s name in the selection of Indian Cricket Team. Some of the fans even claimed that Ojha is trying to divide the team based on region. Look at some of the comments down below.
