Kangana Ranaut Getting Paid Rs 24 Crore For Jayalalithaa Biopic? Producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri Clarifies
Kangana Ranaut who played the role of Queen of Jhansi Rani Laxmi Bai in Manikarnika, is all set to get into the shoes of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalitha. The film is going to be directed by AL Vijay.
It was reported that Kangana Ranaut was getting paid Rs 24 crore to play former Tamil Nadu chief minister, and now she has become the most highest paid Bollywood paid actress.
Producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri spoke about the rumours. He said, “Kangana deserves every bit of remuneration she is getting, we are very happy to have her on our team, nut the details can’t be disclosed. It’s a matter between the talent and the producer, no one else is authorised to talk about it.”
The film will be written by K V Vijayendra Prasad, who has also penned Baahubali and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, and will be produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shaailesh R Singh under the banners of Vibri & Karma Media and Entertainment.
