Bollywood BANS Pakistani Artists In The Wake of Pulwama Attack, Twitter Lauds The Effort

In the aftermath of Uri Attack in 2016, people demanded a ban on all Pakistani artists working in the entertainment industries. However, several Bollywood stars opposed the idea and argued that a healthy exchange of cultures between the two neighboring countries was necessary for the peace.

The nationalists in the country have always demanded a complete ban on Pakistani artists from working in India, but liberals one have always been against the ban. Those liberals always argue that the artists never pick guns and take lives and therefore they should not suffer.

However, it is not completely true. Yes, they actually don’t pick up guns and kill innocent lives, but they earn money in India and pay taxes to the Pakistani government, which in turn spends most of them on their army and ISI, which is supporting these terrorist activities in India. Basically, they are the part of this hierarchy and they need to be blamed.

Even the latest expert reports suggest that the new ISI chief Munir may have something to do with the recent Pulwama attack that took many lives. Therefore if we let Pakistani artists work in Bollywood, we are indirectly contributing to the Pakistani mission, who never wants peace to prevail in India.

Finally, Bollywood has banned all the artists from working in India in the wake of the horrifying Pulwama terror attack that took more than 40 lives of our brave soldiers. Federation Of Western India Cine Employees(FWICE) and Indian Film & Television Directors’ Association(IFTDA) has announced this ban as a protest.

This move of Bollywood is being lauded by netizens too. Look at some of the response down below.
