Amidst huge speculation about their wedding date, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas got married in Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel in Jodhpur. If People.com has anything to go by, the star couple got hitched in a Christian wedding. PeeCee opted for a custom Ralph Lauren gown, whereas Nick Jonas looked dapper wearing clothes of the same designer.
The same report further added that Nick’s father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. officiated the wedding, which saw couple exchanging wedding bands designed by popular jeweler Chopard. Before their wedding, Nick and PeeCee did a long Photoshoot in the Lobby of the Umaid hotel.
The wedding reportedly took place in the back lawn of the hotel at a beautiful stage which was decorated with white chiffon and beautiful blossoms. The groom’s side was dressed in black, whereas the bride’s side was dressed in pastels stealing all the hearts.
After their Christian wedding, Priyanka and Nick will once again tie the knot in a lavish Hindu wedding, which will take place today at the same venue. After the Hindu wedding ceremony, the newlywed will host two wedding reception. The first wedding reception will take place in Delhi followed by Mumbai.
The wedding was a private affair with family members and close friends in attendance. The guest list featured Priyanka Chopra, Madhu Chopra, Sophie Turner, Mom and Dad of Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas to name a few. India’s richest family Ambani family was also on the guest list.
