Mallika Dua responds to #MeToo claims against father Vinod Dua, says she stands by him, the movement

We recently are reading about the Tanushree Dutta Nana Patekar Controversy Row that had given rise to the #MeToo Movement in the Bollywood Industry! With all the actresses taking a bold stand and opening up about the incidents that took place with them, there came out big names of the industry in the list of the accuse! From Vikas Bahl, Rajat Kapoor to Alok Nath and Sajid Khan and the movement hasn’t just stopped yet! We still hear of a lot many stories coming up each day! With all the celebrities coming up and sharing their opinion over the #MeToo Movement, here comes another shocking story! Filmmaker Nishtha Jain has recently accused Vinod Dua of sexual and mental harassment! Here’s Mallika Dua issuing a statement in the matter!

If at all my father is truly guilty of what you described, it is unacceptable, traumatic and painful. I am in solidarity with the movement and in support of the voices but dragging my name into this was in terrible taste.

Nishtha Jain took her facebook account to share her #MeToo Story! She accused Vinod Dua of causing mental and sexual harassment to her in the year 1989! Nishta Jain revealed that this incident took place in June 1989 when she had just graduated and was looking for a job! The lady had got a chance to work with Vindo Dua that time and she was quite excited as he was a known personality! But all lf her excitement shattered the day she met him for the interview and he passed a sexual joke which was absolutely dirty! Her reluctance to tolerate nuissance didnt let her get through the interview and she eventually joined another workplace! However, she met Vinod Dua standing in her parking the day she was working late night! On being asked to enter his car, Nishtha Jain thought he wanted to apologise but all of her assumptions came to an end when he started slobbering over her face! She got down quickly and left! Although he continued coming to her parking for a lot many days more, the lady made sure of having a company while leaving! This eventually stopped but the lady says that when he stood up for his daughter when she fought against Akshay Kumar for passing a sexiest comment on her, he should face his own thing too!
