This What Deepika Padukone Asked From Sanjay Leela Bhansali As A Token To Treasure For Life!

Even though after facing ugly controversies, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat entered 300 crore club. Earlier in many interviews Deepika Padukone said that filming the Jauhar scene was the most difficult scene till now in her career. A leading daily reportedly said that Deepika Padukone requested Sanjay Leela Bhansali if he can give her the outfit she wore during the Jauhar scene as a token to treasure for life.

Deepika revealed to the daily,

“Padmaavat, in its entirety, has been a journey that will stay with me forever. The climax sequence, especially, has been the most intense, challenging and memorable scene I have ever done. And to commemorate those moments, I’ve requested Sanjay sir if I could keep the outfit that I wore.”

In one of the interview, Ranveer Singh expressed his desire to work with Deepika Padukone in more films. He was quoted saying, “Deepika is a wonderful artist and one of the best actors we ever had in Hindi cinema. I hope to collaborate with her in more films in the future.”

On being asked Deepika if she would like to collaborate with Ranveer for more films which will have happy ending. On this Deepika laughed and revealed-

“I hope so. I really hope so. That’s actually what my family is always telling me. My sister especially and my mother, they are always like ‘do you have to die in every film?’ So yes, I hope that whatever film Ranveer and I do next, that we don’t end our lives in the way that we have and also maybe, a less emotionally draining film. Something just lighter on the heart and on the emotion part of it.”

On work front, The actor’s of ‘Padmaavat’- Ranveer Singh is busy filming his upcoming movie ‘Gully Boy’ whereas Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’. Deepika Padukone will begin shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s next.
