PIL Plea To Investigate Sridevi’s Death Rejected By The Delhi High Court

A native of Uttar Pradesh, Sunil Singh filed a petition asking for the further investigation on Sridevi’s death. On the day of Sridevi’s death, Sunil was in Dubai on a family vacation from 20th February to 26th February. The petitioner made inquiries from the hotel staff where Sridevi died, and also spoke to the officials of the hospital. He got some information on Sridevi’s death which was totally different to what was portrayed by the media.

But the Delhi High Court refused to hear the plea and probe into the case as they think that Indian and Dubai authorities have already investigated the matter and it is closed now. A bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Hari Shankar dismissed the petition.

What do you think about the rejection of the plea? Do let us know in the section below.
