PADMAAVAT GRAND SUCCESS BASH: An Ocean Liner, Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh BUT NO Shahid Kapoor!
After ugly controversies Sanjay Leela Bhansai’s Padmaavat made its way to theater. Though it was not released in few states, Padmaavat became the 10th-highest-grossing Indian film worldwide. Its worldwide gross is ₹525 crore (US$82 million). This calls for celebration. Isn’t it? A piece of news coming in states that makers have decided to celebrate this huge success on 24th February which also remarks Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday.
Reports suggest that party is being planned on a huge scale. It will be held aboard an ocean liner in Bandra, called Ark deck bar. Lovebirds Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be present in party to pop the champagne for team Padmaavat but Shahid kapoor will miss it as busy shooting for his next film, Batti Gul Meter Chaalu which also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam in lead which is scheduled to release on 31 August 2018.

A source from the production team informs the tabloid, “Shahid won’t be present as he’s shooting in Tehri for Batti Gul Meter Chalu. A guest list of about 150 people has been drawn up that includes other Bollywood stars as well.”
Talking about the party, source revealed that, “The team did not want a run-of-the-mill party at a five star. So they zeroed in on the Ark Deck Bar, the floating restaurant that has an open-air bar deck, a sit-down restaurant and private dining areas. It not only offers stunning view as it sails off the coast into the sea, but will also give the stars privacy from the paparazzi.”
