Kapil Sharma witnessed a steady downfall after his infamous brawl with Sunil Grover in a mid-air flight. Ali Asgar and Chandar Prabhakar left the show in support of Sunil Grover. Kapil tried his level best to convince Sunil by sending across numerous apologies and trying phone calls but to no avail. Sunil was adamant that he will not return to the show<br>Due to the sudden drop in TRPs Sony TV even decided to pull the plug on TKSS and decided to not renew the contract. But Chandan Prabhakar re-joined the show and Bharti Singh joined as a new member but nothing helped.
To make his pain even worse, Sony started a new comedy show The Drama Company as Krushna Abhishek, Ali Asgar in competition with The Kapil Sharma Show.. As per the Mid Day report, Kapil Sharma has hired his Comedy Nights With Kapil writer Raaj Shaandilya to write the scripts of TKSS forthcoming episodes. Raaj wrote hilarious jokes Kapil which were used in CNWK and he has alsi written scripts for films like Welcome Back, Freaky Ali, and Bhoomi. With the entry of Raaj in his team, Kapil expects to see the TRP charts of his show finally rising. Well, we hope for the same and wish Kapil finally gets the much-needed relief from the stress.
