The 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony was held yesterday the 11th of January 2015 in Beverly Hills. Back in December we brought you the full nominations list, and now we can reveal the winners of the 2015 Golden Globes.
So without further ado, here is the full list of winners at the 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards as chosen by members of the Hollywood foreign Press Association, according to Joblo. I won’t go over the nominations, as I am sure you only want to know the winners.
Best Motion Picture Drama: the winner was Boyhood.
Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture Drama: the winner was Eddie Redmayne for The Theory of Everything.
Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture Drama: the winner was Julianne Moore for Still Alice.
Best Motion Picture Comedy or Musical: the winner was The Grand Budapest Hotel.
Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical: the winner was Michael Keaton for Birdman.
Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical: the winner was Quvenzhané Wallis for Annie.
Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture: the winner was J.K.Simmons for Whiplash.
Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture: the winner was Patricia Arquette for Boyhood.
Best Animated Feature Film: the winner was How To Train Your Dragon 2.
Best Foreign Language Film: the winner was Leviathan (Russia).
Best Director Motion Picture: the winner was Richard Linklater for Boyhood.
Best Screenplay Motion Picture: the winners were Alejandro González Iñárritu, Nicolás Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris and Armando Bo for Birdman.
Best Original Score Motion Picture: the winner was Jóhann Jóhannsson for The Theory of Everything.
Best Original Song Motion Picture: the winner was “Glory” Selma.
Best Television Series Drama: the winner was The Affair.
Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series Drama: the winner was Kevin Spacey for House of Cards.
Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series Drama: the winner was Ruth Wilson for The Affair.
Best Television Series Comedy: the winner was Transparent.
Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series Comedy or Musical: the winner was Jeffrey Tambor for Transparent.
