Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees is all set to release in January next year, but still there are problems which are bothering the makers. Since the Uri Attack, MNS Party demanded a complete ban on the Pakistani actors and the films which Pak actors are starred in. We also know that, there are a lot of issues going on around Ae Dil Hai Mushkil as the movie stars Fawad Khan in it. Same thing could happen with SRK’s Raees as the movie stars Pakistani Actress Mahira Khan in it. At, latest we even heard that Mahira would be replaced from the film and this Indian actress Ankita Shorey will be the perfect choice for it. Here’s the reason why?
As per the souces of production house and director’s team, Ankita Shorey was finalised for the lead role. Later Mahira was discovered and both the names were shortlisted and was a tough decision to choose between the two actress. We hear from the sources that people in the team were very impressed with Ankita’s performance but finally Mahira was chosen over Ankita because the role demanded a Pakistani actress at that time.
Now the question here is, Do the makers will risk their film with Mahira Khan and release it or they will rope Ankita Shorey to replace her for the lead role.
