Anita Hassanandani and husband Rohit Reddy’s fans are in for a disheartening surprise.
The actress who plays on and off vamp on the popular Star Plus show Yeh haiMohabbatein has been putting on a bit of weight lately. She’s starting to look all chubby and plump. The extra kilos and glowing skin were misinterpreted by her delightful fans as a secret pregnancy!
A lot of buzz went around speculating that the gorgeous actress is expecting a baby soon which is completely untrue. Anita put an end to all gossip and rumors, saying that the extra fat is nothing more than just her passion for eating pizzas, chocolates, ice creams and wines.
She also assured fans that they would get to know if she indeed does get pregnant.
She posted a picture with her husband on Instagram captioning it “So I’ve received a call from every publication from every channel today asking me ke “good news hai kya” … “Yessss the good news is that I’m not on a diet … I’m on pizzaaaaa chocolatessss ice creamssss winessss. Am glowing cos I’m in love with my husbandddddddd. And I promise to let you all know proudly when I am expecting! Cheers.”
The photo is edited on the trending photo editing app Prisma and clearly states that nothing is in store yet. Rumors started circulating when the actress posted a picture with the extra kilo. The following post asserted Anita’s need to start hitting the gym soon.

Anita and Rohit tied the knot somewhere in 2013. Rohit Reddy is a businessman and has a large share in online start-up TheBaTalk.com which is currently owned by Anita and Tushar Jain. The actress is playing a vamp on her show titled Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and she also makes an appearance on Comedy Nights Bachao.
