Nakuul Mehta was born on 17 January 1983 in Udaipur, Rajasthan to a Royal Family. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University and then started Modelling. He was also seen in several commercials and music videos. After juggling with his modelling career, he made his debut in Bollywood with the movie ‘Haal E Dil’. He is also trained in different dance forms like Jazz, Hip hop, break, folk, salsa and contemporary. He is a trained Ballroom dancer having learnt under the expert India’s foremost Ballroom teacher Sandip Soparrkar. He represented the state of Maharashatra in the AIDSF (All India Dance Sport Federation) championship in June 2011 and a SILVER medalist in the Latin Ballroom Category (rumba) and is a GOLD medal winner in the Standard Ballroom category (waltz).
