Earlier, Coldplay was in a small turmoil as there was the petition filed in High Court to put the stay on the performance of the band. However, HC refused to thwart their performance. The court, however, asked Maharashtra government to take an undertaking from the event organizer confirming their willingness to pay the entertainment tax if levied in the future.
