Confirmed! Salman Khan to host BiggBoss 9

Every second day, a new list of BiggBoss 9 contestants is out with the unexpected names in it. After the much speculations, it has been confirmed that this season of the controversial reality show will be hosted by superstar Salman Khan. It would be the 6th time in a row when the ‘Dabangg’ actor would be hosting BiggBoss.

Salman Khan reportedly, will be back as the show’s host. According to a report published in DNA, “Last year, Salman didn’t shoot the extended edition and the TRPs went for a toss. Although Farah was amazing on the show, the channel has decided to stick to the audiences’ favourite Salman to take the show forward this time as well.”

“Salman is now busy wrapping up Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in Karjat. The entire team will also shoot the promo in Karjat itself. The modalities are being worked out. Hopefully, the channel will take a call and the first promo, in all probabilities will be shot in three-four days latest,” the report adds.

This means that the audience will be able to watch the promos of the show soon. And rightly so, the report says, “The first promo of ‘Bigg Boss 9’ should be out around September 10. The team has designed a concept, in tandem with this season’s setting and arrangement.”

The promos have, however, been delayed due to unavailability of Salman, but with him returning to shoot soon, the report might just be true.
