Here we came up with a new list of celebrities who were an Engineer before foraying their paths in the entertainment field. Sonu Sood is an engineering graduate in electronics from YCCE Nagpur. Though he is not at all related to Bollywood Background, but he dreamt of being an actor which he fulfilled eventually. Shankar Mahadevan graduated in 1988 with a degree in computer science and software engineering from the ‘Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology’ in Navi Mumbai. His heart was engulfed with music and finally, he pursued his dream to be a singer. Kriti Sanon is a scholar, holding a degree in B Tech (Bachelor of Technology) before turning to modelling assignments. She eventually got a chance to be the leading lady of ‘Heropanti’. Akkineni Nagarjuna did his graduation from College of Engineering, Guindy in Chennai. For higher studies he went abroad and completed his M.S. in Automobiles at Eastern Michigan University. As his father Nageswara Rao Akkineni was also an actor and even he finally made up his mind to be an actor. Taapsee Pannu graduated in the field of computer science from the prestigious Guru TeghBahadur Institute of Technology in New Delhi before entering in the Cinema world. She is all set to star in upcoming movie ‘PINK’, which also star Amitabh Bachchan. Sushant Singh Rajput has studied Mechanical Engineering for three years and dropped out in the final year to pursue her career in acting. Rowan Atkinson whom we famously know as Mr. Bean has earned a master's degree in electrical engineering before pursuing his career in comedy and acting. Anil Kumble is an engineer and passed out of well-known institute called Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) in Bangalore before shifting his focus into Cricket. Amol Parashar has studied Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and later quit his job to be an actor. Javagal Srinath is an engineer and holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore. Then he totally shifted his gear into Cricket and now known as one of the cricketing legends.
