Movie buffs eagerly await the launch of Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming family movie, Varisu. Now, the latest gossip around the much-anticipated film is that the audio release event for the movie will take place on Dec 24th this year.

The filmmakers have revealed not one, not two, but three pieces of music from Varisu till now, including Soul of Varisu, Ranjithame, and Thee Thalapathy. Ace songwriter S Thaman has rendered the music for the drama.

Directed by filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally, Varisu shares the story of a young guy, essayed by Thalapathy Vijay, who is the son of a business tycoon.
By the hand of luck, he takes over his dad’s empire amidst some complex cases. With Rashmika Mandanna as the leading female, the movie’s stellar star actors also include R Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Khushboo, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, and Sangeetha Krish in supporting roles, with others.
Varisu will be launched in the theatre halls on Jan 12th 2023, during Pongal. The family movie will be clashing with Ajith Kumar starrer Thunivu at the box office. After an interval of 9 years, the two superstars will be locking horns.

Recently, superstar Shaam, who is also a piece of Varisu’s cast, announced Thalapathy Vijay’s reply when he got to know that his film will be clashing with Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu.
According to Shaam, the protagonist was seen saying, “Hey, jolly..!! Let both movies be launched on the same day. Ajith Kumar is my dear friend. Let both Thunivu and our movie do well.”
