Irrfan Khan looks tough, intense in ‘Jazbaa’

jazbaA newly released poster of Sanjay Gupta’s “Jazbaa” features Irrfan Khan in a ‘man on a mission’ kind of look, wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses.

After revealing the first poster of “Jazbaa” featuring actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival, Gupta on Monday unveiled the second poster for the film.

Irrfan looks tough and intense, and is seen standing against a backdrop of skyscrapers and a sky full of dark clouds.

Gupta took to micro-blogging website Twitter to share the second poster of “Jazbaa” and wrote: “HERE IT IS. Presenting Irrfan in JAZBAA.”

The 45-year-old director who has given a makeover to the “Piku” star says that he enjoys changing the looks of all his actors.

“I’ve always enjoyed doing a complete makeover with all my heroes. Amitji, Sanju, Anil, Jackie, Ajay, Saif, Sunil, John and now Irrfan,” Gupta tweeted on Monday.

Writer-filmmaker Milap Zaveri praised Irrfan’s look by tweeting: “TERRIFIC @irrfan_k sir is looking! You rock @_SanjayGupta No director can make his stars look better than you.”

“Jazbaa”, the Hindi remake of South Korean movie “Seven Days”, also features Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Jackie Shroff, Atul Kulkarni, Abhimanya Singh, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Siddhant Kapoor.

The film is produced by Essel Vision, White Feather Films and Viking Entertainment and is slated to release on October 9.
