Hrithik Roshan Could Be Jailed For 10 Years

By now everyone as well as their grandmas was also aware of the ongoing tussle between Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut. Both had sent legal notices to each other and the buzz is if Hrithik makes Kangana’s correspondence to him public, then she can put him behind bars for ten years!

Shocking as it gets, the Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut battle has a new twist in the tale. And to our wonders, it’s quite shocking to know that according to the 21 page legal notice sent out to Hrithik; Kangana can get him jailed for 10 years!

Well, the Hrithik-Kangana war has got to be the awful one Bollywood has ever seen. The ugly war between the two superstars has saddened the people of India.  What with the two throwing the legal notices to each other! According to the sources, Hrithik seems to have received the worst end of the stick. Kangana’s lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee explained in the report quoting how Kangana can get Hrithik jailed for 10 years under section 67, publishing of information which is obscene in electronic form of IPC (Indian Penal Code). Here is the copy of the notice:

Section 67- Publishing of Information which is obscene in electronic form:

Whoever publishes or transmits information which is obscene in electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest, shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of a term which may extend up to 5 years and a fine of Rs 1 lakh and in the event of a second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of a term which may extend up to 10 years and a fine of Rs 2 lakh.

 Not just this, the lawyer added Hrithik might also be charged with other sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). He might have to face a jail term of 2 years with fine or both under section 499 and 500 (Defamation and the subsequent Punishment) and a jail term of 7 years with fine or both under section 506 (Punishment of Criminal Intimidation to impute unchastity to a woman.

We truly wish that everything could be solved at earliest and that both of them could live a happy, peaceful life ahead, may be with each other or without each other, it’s their personal choice though!
