Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s 2001 romantic film action drama – Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, is one of the most loved movies, and in December last year, director Anil Sharma kicked off its sequel.
Dropping an image from day one of the filming, the director captioned on Instagram, “General was kind enough to grace the event of the muhurat of our upcoming movie Gadar 2. We are certainly very thankful, Sir.”
This much-anticipated sequel is in its final leg of filming.
While speaking to the media, Anil Sharma states, “We will wrap up the Gadar 2 filming this month. The final schedule is going on.” Will there be any notable appearances in the film this time?
“Gadar doesn’t require any star; it is a big actor. All that it requires is Tara Singh (Sunny Deol), Sakeena (Ameesha Patel) and Jeete (Utkarsh Sharma),” says Sharma.
In December of the previous year, Anil Sharma had even dropped a picture with his leading duo – Sunny and Ameesha.
